Trader Joe's Spizzico di Pizza

The serving size on this should just be one box, but other than that gripe, these nostalgic discs of dough, sauce, and cheese delight with every bite. Especially the little bits of cheese that crisp up on the tray that fell off the mini pizzas. I like to do the full bake time and then finish it off with a minute or so on broil so it gets extra golden brown on top. IYKYK it’s gotta be Spizzico.
